Most of us have pets such as cats, fish, dogs, or even hamsters. Not this couple! Dan and Jesse are not only fur parents to their dog, but they are also proud owners of their pet pig! This alone, tells you how fun, down to earth, and unique these two are! Dan and Jesse were not afraid to be themselves in front of the camera. They let their personalities and love for each other shine throughout the whole day!

Dan started his morning with his groomsmen at his house with a few drinks, food, and good laughs. His bride-to-be was spending her time getting pampered with her girls while the talented Vanessa Marie captured all their beauty.

When it was time to suit up, Dan did not let a little bit of summer heat stop us from capturing his dapper look under the golden sun. After all the men were ready, and the door closed shut, Dan mentioned their pet pig. I froze in my tracks and turned in astonishment. “You have a pet pig?! Are we taking pictures with your pet pig?”, flew out of my mouth. Can you imagine my excitement? The words “pet pig” are enough to make my feet dance! However, the day had to move on while the pig had to stay in it’s play area.

Dan and Jesse’s first look and b&g photos were nothing short of perfect! There was great light, beautiful backgrounds, and best of all, a happy couple that was eager to be in each other’s presence. Through the heat and unscheduled surprises, their contagious smiles remained.

Dan and Jesse chose the Oakeside Mansion to share their love with their family and friends. This elegant venue was vintage and intimate on the inside. On the outside, beautiful gardens set the backdrop for Dan and Jesse’s romantic wedding.

The garden theme was not only seen in the gardens themselves, but also in the couple’s invitation suite full of blush pink and purple florals. In the reception, the blossoming center pieces tied the decor together. You might be thinking, “a majority of weddings have floral center pieces”. True–they do, but these flowers were edible! Each center piece was a cupcake bouquet made by Carlo’s Bakery! If you are an avid fan, you may have already been acquainted with Dan and Jesse’s love story.

After all the formalities were done and over, it was time to fall victim to the music electrifying through the speakers! Jackets were tossed aside, sleeves were rolled up, and heels were thrown under the tables–it was time to do some serious work. Dan, Jesse, and their guests sung and danced the night away!
